Credit Card Required.
A credit card is required to schedule and appointment.
I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation Policy.
Your appointments are very important to me. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance your credit card on file will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment.
If you cancel your appointment the same day your credit card on file will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled appointment.

No Call. No Show.
If you do not call me and do not show up for your scheduled appointment your credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment.
